Ordering

By placing an order on championpeps.com, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

All orders are subject to product availability. If a product you ordered is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange a substitution or refund. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Shipping

We ship to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days and shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Delivery times vary by location and shipping method selected at checkout.

Champion Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns under any circumstances. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Refunds and order cancellations may be subject to a processing fee of up to 10%, and blockchain network transaction fees may be deducted from refund amounts for cryptocurrency payments.

Payment

We accept cryptocurrency payments in USDT (Tether) and USDC (USD Coin) on the Sui, Solana, and Tron networks. All transactions are processed and verified on-chain. You agree to pay the total amount for your order, including applicable shipping fees. We reserve the right to cancel orders where payment cannot be verified on the blockchain.

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. You are solely responsible for verifying that the destination address, network, and asset match exactly what is displayed at checkout. Champion Peptides cannot recover funds sent to an incorrect address, on the wrong network, or in the wrong asset.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Champion Peptides shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our products or website.
